Guys I am fairly knew to this website,even though have done 15 years with UPS in UK,but so far every thing I have read sure does relate over here aswell,Sup's and Mgr's stressed out, never enough staff to do the job properley, unless of course you come from I.E.

Some problems have no boundries !

People are people, I hear the same kind of stuff from friends at other companies. It is interesting that the uk experiences the same kind of thing but again, people are people.
