There are mornings where I look at my load and want to punt on first down...and then you may try to get a day off, waiting to see if the routes are staffed without you..So, it's a game time decision....The bad dispatching is bad play calling...After a poor performance on the operation report, mgt. wants to play Monday morning quarterback and tell you everything you did wrong... |

We did some good things and some bad, but the numbers won't show it. I, need to do a better job, we all need to do a better job, otherwise we'll find ourselves with out one. We need to regroup and come back to work today. |
