Hi 705. We talked a long time ago about pay progression.
Here is my next question and looking for an honest answer and i know you will give me one. Under the new contract Article 41 sec 2 page 146 last paragraph:Would a Casual Feeder driver be considered a part time employee? Be cause if so wouldn't he then be "red circled" because he got promoted to full time?
No where does the contract even mention Casuals but we know they have them....lol

This person got hired as full time in July this year, but has worked since last year as a casual. (about a year as a casual)

I wish I could take credit for that one. I found that on fark.com during a photoshop contest. It was about redesigning corporate logos to what they really mean. I saw this one and knew it would come into good use. Thanks for the rep.
