As a Cochair, you know of which I speak. Even though you do get paid for much of what you do, it is a thankless job, one that sometimes makes you the butt of many ugly things. But keep up the work, as it will pay off. All it takes is one driver not getting killed because you did your duty, the pay off will be worth more than words can express.

Been there, know of which I speak.

The self satisfaction of knowing you did a good job, and because of that, someone can go home and enjoy their children and wife tonight.
