Read Every 21 Seconds. If you work for UPS you have to read it. Great book, great story. Written by a guy named Brian Sweeney from Illinois. Still with UPS. Absolutely a wild ride, true story i guess. He did throw some situations in here that will open some eyes.

I was advised to read a book called Every 21 Seconds which was written by someone who works at UPS. The book was great. The guy got wiped out with a brain injury while he worked at UPS and we took him back. He still works here. The story will stir up your emotions, he really did a great job. The UPS stuff is really good, you have to read this! True story, just an unbelievable book. Incredible comeback story. I talked to other UPSers and they agree, read this book.
