    yea it is harassment, they want us to quite of find something to fire us for. Our supplement is crystal clear. Ups is only reading parts of paragraphs and even trying to us article 40 which is for part timers. Our BA has told them that they can't do this. center manager said "yea i know, but I'm doing what i was told to do."When this all went down, far as dissolving all combos, it was and still is a mess. BA told us that they(ups) wasn't going to talk till they had completed putting us on other shifts. I guess so they could tell their boss that they done there job.i heard he is up their meeting with them today about the 900+ grievance we have. wasn't supposed to meet till next week. But i think with all the full timers and i even heard the pter on eam have got together and filing a petition against mg. i guess he wanted to start talking before our union meeting tomorrow. Will be a full house! thanks for your response

    Original job was Unload and Customer Counter in Sunrise shift now the Counter has been replaced by "clerk". There are a few combo folks who have been double shifting for a while but as far as I know no dissolved combos, I work in a good size hub and maybe the contract/supplement is different. That seems like harrasment to me, I would ask the steward about it.. I'm in San Diego area.

    What was your original combo. And what is it now? We all got letters in mail that as of feb.12 our positions have been dissolved. Having all of use work work 2 shifts w 4-5 hour in between. On my twilight side they are written up use if you are 1min late. YES 1 MIN. we are just loading trucks out on ramp right now. they don't want to update our ramp packets. they had 7pt sups watching us looking for "unsafe acts" . witch is funny because we are having to work w/o light.Our midnight shift was moved to louisville. so instead of laying off 250 employees they are putting them on other shifts. the ramp has 100 and only needs 75. got to go get ready for work, but would like to know where your at and whats happening are your hub.
