that's a lot of questions. why do you ask? let's say i've been around since the 90's.

you misinterpreted what i wrote in the thread. as discussed, i do not believe we should can drivers who are over allowed, but i do believe the people who are way over allowed and anyone else (i mean anyone) can do their route a lot quicker need to be addressed big time.
