I wanted to know if it's the same all over the country.![]()
UPS posts great profits again, good to hear. When it comes to drivers working 11 to 12 hours a day. Not seeing the family, when is enough , enough. Just want to know what others think around the country.
I hear it's not the same anymore , drivers always tired, bad loads and over dispatched, stress levels are high and mentally and physically shot. I just wanted to ask around the country if it's the same in there neck of the woods.![]()
I hear it's not the same, drivers complaining about stress, mentally and physically, and not seeing there families. I always thought that was part of safety was coming to work with a clear head. drivers coming to work tired. Just wanted to know what the rank and file thought.
I want to put a question out there, What would we like to see in our next contract, For example, my biggest concern is pension. I would like see what the members of the rank on file have to say.
