Dude, why do you argue with these people? They make a good wage and they think they are something special. They think that ups gives them their pay and bennies because ups just loves them. At one time in my life I thought I was a conserative until I reailized that I was only doing well because of the union,not because ups gives a damn about me.
I have all but quit comming to this site because of the idiot conseratives that post here.
They all talk about the $500.00 per year tax break that Bush gave them but say nothing about the thousands lost in their 401k plans.I have lost about $80,000 in mine under the Bush plan.

My wife took a class in college "Phsy of the work place" and one of the things they learned was that if you pay uneducated people to much they begin to think they they have done something to "deserve it" and I think that a lot of ups drivers believe they deserve their high pay.
One day,if they are at ups long enough, they will realize that they make a good living, not because ups loves them but because the union has fought for them
