Well its Friday as I write this but at the end of the weekend how was yours? write bout whatever I thought I post this just to see if everyone is doing alright, so how was your weekend....

Here in San Antonio the police dept is hiring(like always) and Im going to put in a application Im not going to quit right now Im going to stay here until if and when I make it in but I dont know if I should apply for SAPD Im not saying I want you guys to make up my mind for me I just want to know what some of you vets think or what you would do. I want to stay at UPS for the benefits and the pay(later in the furture) I already have my benefits but I dont know how well a cop has it and if the pay...

Now I know alot of you guys like me dont like talking about peak season but its around the corner about 3 months left well maybe a little sooner cause it starts about thanksgiving for us but what do you guys think on how its going to go? good? bad? the economy was pretty bad around this time last year and now has some what picked up and they been saying since it picked up that this season should be worse then last, but what are you guys going to try and change to get through it without slowing down?...

I think its funny how ups gets your attention when you apply like on upsjobs the post where it says "tution,books,food" and the "paid" part. well when people look at the website there like damn they can pay for school? and my medical bills? they go and apply for the job and get it but then they start working and they find out they dont get there benefits till a year and UPS doesnt pay for your school until you in a managent postion(well at least that I been told) they get pretty...

I just wanted to know how long it took for some you guys to become a driver? Ive been at UPS for about a year now and dont get me wrong I like a being a packege handler its just I dont wanna be doing it for the next year or two or the rest of my life. A friend of mine been there for 6 years and just now became a driver this past week and Im thinking that long to be one? I know when theres an opening everyone puts there name and gets me thinking theres like a 200 names whats the chance of my name...
