Could this happen to you?

Curious? I was terminated about 10 yrs. ago for having a benzodiazepine prescription that I was instructed to take at night by my MD. It was not one of the 5 drug types tested for, or prohibited. Had I not informed U.P.S.of the meds on my own, it won't show on a drug screen. U.P.S claims I was unsafe. I had 6 working days to go-then I would have received my 19th yr. of safe driving.I didn't even call in sick in over 10 yrs. After agreeing to binding arbitration, U.P.S. used all of their postponments to drag this out for over 4 yrs. The Teamsters provided an attorney for me, but he had no idea of the difference between a schedule II med and a schedule IIII med. U.P.S claimed there was no differance between Oxycontin (10 times more potent than morphine) than a benzodiazpine!The company implied that Oxycontin was synthetic,meaning it will not show up as an opiate on a drug screen??? I would just recommend using your own attorney. Oh well, life goes on after the "brown family"
