I lurked on this site and observed. I was waiting for a safe time to jump in and post.
Your words regarding donations to the United Way empowered me to make a stronger statement to my coworkers on the value of this worthy organization. The words you used helped me articulate my values during our campaign. I am proud of my contribution and if it helps my service center, so what. All I care about is helping others.

Thank-you Tie, I just recently got a p/t supervisor promoted his attitude and enthusiasm gives me cold chills, he is off to a great start. Tonight I'm taking all my pt sups out for supper to thank them for a yr of great work and dedication.

Thanks, I probably go a little to far in some of my posts, but I didn't feel like this guy deserved the beating he was getting for asking for help. I have been in his shoes, and its easy to start throwing around reverse disrimination charges, but that just makes it worse. Once you go down that path, you see color in every situation, I know cause I have been there; It can make you bitter, just like the guys I was arguing with.
