I don't get the impression that there's a lot of track and field fans here, but Usain Bolt just crushed the world record in the 100 meter dash at the World Championships in Berlin. It's pretty amazing what this guy has been doing over the last year. Announcers are German, but the race speaks for itself.

He's the man. The fat guys running alongside Bolt taking pictures was just as impressive.
