I'll go with "he served his time".
Did anyone hear the story about the man in CT keeping birds for fighting? Will he get the same sentence as Vick? Is fighting birds as bad as fighting dogs? Story

I went with "no opinion". I agree that he has served his time and that any endorsement deal (Nike is now claiming that here is no deal) should be between Vick and Nike.
Animal cruelty disgusts me, it would not bother me one bit if those bird fighters did some time.

It takes a really heartless individual to cause pain to any animal for their own gratification.
Although he paid his time, I doubt very much he is a "changed man". | |

Word came out it was a publicity stunt by vicks handlers, nike has agreed that vick can use their gear

Michael Vick took the place of Hank Basket. Now Hank Basket is an unemployed newlywed with a baby on the way. He is married to Kendra. That sucks that Vick displaced Hank as the wage earner in his new family.
Do bad = get rewarded
