anyone else have any new hires from aug 1 08?

we had 2, and 5 weeks after they started, the company pulled language out the national master which they think applies to CSI............PROGRESSION PAY. so they take around 5 dollars per hour from each guy, and it will not be heard at panel till february 09.........terrible , terrible.

We do not have a progression here, but now that they have another contract to read i suspect life will be interesting for sure.

Cartage doesnt believe they are under the NMA, since the new NMA took over UPS believes they are and believe they should follow a progression the new hires they had we bumped down to seniority rate not top rate which is a 5 dollar drop
