He also is in charge of EAM dispatch. | |

I am planning to take over with my elaborate and college educated plan.  As for the other post- I bet it is the same job as the 3AM sup. In our district they are replacing sups with specialists. | |

Truth be told though I believe the main problem is lack of training more than anything. Typical PAS/Edd implementation. Swoop in, turn everything upside down and then leave. The poor person that is left to be the specialist isn't one at all and would no doubt love to retire if he could. It's a thankless job. | |

Maybe that's the problem in a lot of centers. We have supevisors, and we need a SPECIALIST. I have personally asked our dispatch sup to upgrade his map and get mapquest, or google earth, or a clue!  | |
