Full Time Wage Increases

Has any noticed that our wage increases are split into 2 equal raises??? So on Aug 1 we only get a $0.35 and the other $0.35 on Feb 1.

At least DryHeat recognizes that the split raises are BAD, unlike some poor saps on this site I won't name.

As long as we get both raises, it's all the same Griff.

It is split so they can divert half of it to the pension and avoid overtime pay. THAT is the only problem with it.
