1st Interview - What's next?

Hopefully someone can give me some information. I went for an interview/tour almost 3 weeks ago. I thought the interview went fantastic and left feeling that I would get a call soon. The interviewer said they would run a background check (which should be absolutely fine) but I still haven't heard anything back yet. What is the normal procedure? I originally applied for seasonal work. Also, I cannot find any place that I can contact a HR person in my area. The man that did the interview was from another area in my state and I have no way of contacting him. Any suggestions???

How did you apply for the job in the first place? Maybe you could call 1-800- PICK-UPS and ask to be transferred to the center you applied for and see if someone there could point you in the direction of HR. Good luck.
