still can`t get into chat room

I retried and it still says incorrect username.

is ups doing this?

mine said "incorrect username" UNTIL I RE-REGISTERED.

wily & I are on there now.....

I can see you in the chat room but we cant get in even after redoing it.I only have 2 email addresses and both were approved,both don`t work.
help me please.
