David to upset Goliath - I think each Manning should have a ring!
When you have been a Dodger fan since the coliseum days - it is hard to pick any NY team for anything but it is the Giants turn - go Giants! |

This is based on historic record keeping. If a team was solely in the NFL and they win, then the market goes up. If a team was in AFL and then in the NFL after merging and they win, then the market goes down.
That makes me want to root for the Giants. Don't care about the game, but I care about the stock market.

HAA! More, I'm sure there is a historical corelation with what you just said but do you really think the outcome of a football game has any affect on the world's financial markets??
If you believe this, then if I were you I would place 2 bets. Bet on the Patriots to cover and short the spider you feel most comfotable with. Come end of trading on Monday the 4th, you should be a much more wealthy person!

Look at the last Giants drive and you will see what I mean!!!
I feel bad for Junior and I think Coach Bill could have been a more gracious. Sure you are disappointed but come on you have 3 rings and 18 victories this year and I am sure you will be back again.... Give these Giants there due....To beat the Pats they got to be some team!
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE TEAM OF DESTINY! They gave us one entertaining 4th quarter... probably the best Superbowl I have seen!!!
Now they gotta do something about the commercials. Only the Bud Light and Bud commercials are up to Superbowl standards. |

He'll make the hall though. |

In 1972,the Dolphins completed the NFL's first perfect season culminating in a Super Bowl win, winning all 14 regular season games, two playoff games and Super Bowl VII.

Due to all the chemicals dumped into the waterways and the smell of garbage from S I Kills, they basically get that place for free. The Nets and the Devils are your bragging rights, or shouls I save laughing rights
Btw ticker tape parade in NY today, come on down son. |
