Default UPS and Local 104
It seems Andy Marshall has a problem with BAs. He sent one to UPS in Prescott, AZ that was drunk. The BA told one driver that transferred from Calif. "why don't you go back to Calif, if things were better there." He told the drivers that none of their previous panel decisions were valid. The local withdrew all excessive overtime grievances as well as anything else that was outstandinding. It seems as if Local 104 is UPS' Best Freind. What are we paying for?
