Does anyone in here know a driver out of Tulsa named Roy D. Mercer?

Isn't he that dude who calls crank phone calls and says, "I'll open a can of whoop ass".

Roy D. Mercer is a character created by Phil Stone and Brent Douglas, disc jockey from a radio station in Tulsa OK. The make prank phone calls. The character is a redneck, and his he is always threatening to "whup your ass". I was at the NAIA tournament a couple of years ago. I asked a police officer in Tulsa does he know Roy Mercer. He asked me, "Do you want your ass whipped." Listen to one of his tapes or CD's he will have you rolling.
