Pension/Rehire Question

If I quit UPS and get rehired and another hub or center do I still keep all the money in my pension/401k

Yes,it is your money.If you roll it over to another fund there is no penalty.If you take the money you will be taxed at I believe 20% but I am not 100% sure about thet.It may be more.

The 401k money is yours....The pension you only keep if you are vested....Western States its 5 years to get vested, otherwise you lose it.
