He also didn't use three points of contact when entering the car. I never saw a seat belt being used either.
I did notice that his P-800 had power steering.

Didn't use two hands on the steering wheel, no seat belt, open bulk head door, passenger not seated in jumper seat.....I think they need to bring Dale into the office with his shop steward! | |
