UPS is a wierd place to work.Some people can take it some can't.
You may find you may be better off at nasa , google, or petsmart.

Okay so yesterday I 'worked' for 3 hours. It was basically a safety class where we learned about HazMat stuff and shipping papers...

Today I think we might get to do a little bit of unloading.

I believe that I am going to be a loader.

Day 2 Update - We filled out more of the safety booklet and did some loading AND some unloading. I liked the loading part better than unloading, so it's good that I'm going to be a loader I guess. Hasen't gotten too bad yet.

The things we unloaded were like trailers that had little pods inside that were temperature controlled or something. There was like a cooler in there that said medical...so does UPS ship organs or something?

UPS allow some HAZMATS, it may have been...Bull Seman (YUP!), vaccines, pharmaceuticals. These are the type of things that would be packed in dry ice.
