A few years back, I sold all of my stock and paid my house off. So far, I've saved more in interest than I ever would have made otherwise. No regrets...as it has allowed me to also retire basically debt free.
Good luck....you're probably going to look like a genius or an idiot.
Also heard that "Harass" will not run.........so remember to "scratch Harass"!!! - old joke!!
