Default 30 + years with UPS & Fired - I'm the wife

Company sent a termination letter due to accident. All benefits cancelled due to termination, 401K won't allow withdrawal to pay for COBRA health coverage due to dead-locked panel decision on getting job back. Anyone had this experience.

your signature phrase is a bit brainy if you're trying to influence those who will vote toward socialism. I would suggest simplifiying a bit and we'll get the job done.

What is the union saying? Is there past precendent (sp) of similar accidents with the driver getting his job back? What kind of accident? Details would help.

3rd accident - 1st was backing into boss's bumper in UPS feeder lot (it wasn't supposed to be parked there), 2nd was swerving to avoid oncoming truck & swiped abandoned vehicle, 3rd was overcorrecting & lost back set. All happened within a year, so even though he'd made circle of honor, it was all taken away.

Sheesh From Texas? Why so far?

You are right about the signature. I should simplify it. Maybe I should bring it down to the level of a 4 year old so that those people that are likely to vote for Obama might undestand it. LOL!

If this case was deadlocked at panel, was there not an arbitrator decision? Or was this a local level decision so far?

Why would you come to a UNION website and ask for UNION help and then start bashing the only presidential candidate that gives a crap about a UNION.
How much would McCain do for the UNION that will be protecting your husbands job and retirement?

Nope - it's obviously political. Political thoughts in a signature line (your signature line almost always longer than your posts) juast ain't gonna get read.

Seen your posts before, never read your sig line. Life is too short.

You want to get a message out, short & sweet.

I would think worrying about his signature phrase would be the least of your concerns at this point

Uhm....that's the excuse? It wasn't supposed to be there?

Fact of the matter is that we all know it's 3 strikes and your out in regards to accidents.

Seems like two are directly his fault and none of us could know about the oncoming truck one.

You are truly ignorant arent you. If you were educated in economics at all, you would know that Obama's economic policy will drive the economy further downward. If I get a chance I will post some details in a new thread later this weekend, because some of you out there need to start thinking for yourself and asking questions.

Maybe because some people care about their country as a whole and vote in that manner instead of voting for a candidate based on their own selfish needs. Obama supporters should try it.

It's not that long. Anyone with an attention span should be able to take it all in. And why are we talking about my signature still? LOL! Your husband......why did he have to drive all the way to Nashville?

Another lesser of two evils election. Wouldn't it be something if someone ran for president that we could be excited about? 30 years, take the pension and go get a stressless job.

3 accidents in a year - awfully bad luck, but those are grounds.

Where is the next Ronald Reagan when we need him? Last strong president we had in the last 40 years.
