2 year top out??

Hey all,

I'm not sure if I top out after 2 years or 2 and a half. My shopstewart states that in his copy of the 2004 contract that I reach top pay after 2 years of full time service. 2004 I was part time. I have been full time since June 22nd 06. Does anyone know what contract I m under and If I have to wait until december of this year?????

I believe that you are under the prior contract since you were already in progression.

depends on what you do ?

What is your position ? Are you full time or part time ?

Full time driver is 2.5 years. Full time 22.3 is two years. Part time air driver is 2 years. This is for the current contract!

unfortunatly because you came out full time in 06 it's 2 and 1/2 yrs

If he's a FD. 22.3 of any kind is 2 years.
