I go over safety, wellness, events of the day, (depending on day of the week) goals for the week, results from previous week, reconigntion, days events, 8keys 5keys, a joke or two and finally

uh let's see, we stretch during our pcm, which i like because i don't feel right unless i've gotten my legs loosened up. and right now we're at 156 days w/o a dart injury. other than that it's the same old stuff you'd hear at a pcm..ours usually last...10-15 minutes insane isn't it? | |

I attended 2 out of 5 PCM's this week.I try to sneak to pkg car for quick exit after they give thier negative PCM...Last topic-time card 2 errors(which is not pulling clerk work off truck and writing it up the next day..big boo-could lead to termination.. | |
