Vacation accrual

Default Vacation accrual
Does anybody know how vacation is accrued?? I retire in may. I will have a full year pension credit by then (1600 hrs). My hire date is in august. Am i entitled to to all the vacation?? How is it accrued?? Hr doesnt even know.
