- MIP payout is cash that we may need next year.
- Wall St. analysts have never liked the MIP anyway.

I'm figuring my W-2 will be less for 2008 than for 2007.
Good deal...less taxes paid! That is good, right?

Use to be purely in the form of stock (before we went public).
It has changed since then but you can still elect to get in form of stock. I am electing stock this year myself.

Price of stock doesn't matter unless you are buying or selling...I would be buying at $40.

M- | As of July, all elements were below target with the exception of service.
I think that things have gotten worse from there.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a 1.0 MIP... 1.5 would be a nice surprise.

I read through the prospectus, and could find no mention of a minimum or maximum.
You may be thinking about the ownership incentive??

For the sake of the company I hope it's 1.2 or better. |

On a serious note, those of you how know what I'm talking about, what do you really expect the factor to be? |

That said, we are behind in all elements except one in which we are on plan. Nothing above, couldn't see how the number could be anything to get excited for.... |

Then again as "partners" all of us may have to take one for the "team" this year and it could be much worse. What better time to shave some more money, look at the health insurance premium increase this year as an example
To answer question above, I heard 2.0 was target(if everything hits), but it could go higher and much lower |

I'm calling .82 |
