- Poor economy means less packages shipped.

Use to be purely in the form of stock (before we went public).
It has changed since then but you can still elect to get in form of stock. I am electing stock this year myself.

M- | As of July, all elements were below target with the exception of service.
I think that things have gotten worse from there.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a 1.0 MIP... 1.5 would be a nice surprise.

I read through the prospectus, and could find no mention of a minimum or maximum.
You may be thinking about the ownership incentive??

I personally think we will be lucky to see anything higher than 1.2 - my guess is 1.0 While we no longer have numbers / formulas which make things add up mathematically, we have loosely defined elements. That said, we are behind in all elements except one in which we are on plan. Nothing above, couldn't see how the number could be anything to get excited for.... | |
