22.3 is the contract section that makes two part time jobs into one full time job.

My air driver delivers next days, and then returns to the building and sorts (high pick, I think he calls it?).

He seems to like it alot, because he could bid a driver job, but doesn't.

It all depends on where you work, and what you like, and what job titles you get.

I personally want to try for something easy + night hub.
