Rep Power: 27414 | I know things are tight but come on! I know we need to cut expenses, but at some point we are just going to have to break down and wash the trucks.

The image of a clean package car used to be our best advertising. |

I think mine got washed once last year. I got rearended a couple of weeks ago and it came back from the body shop with a new paint job though. So I finally get to drive a clean car until it gets dirty. |

Rep Power: 529 | Re: I know things are tight but come on! That is just asking for trouble; you can't read the license tag and the driver's side backup light is completely covered in dirt. I guess that package car does not have to go through the weigh station.

If this driver were rear ended the company could always pull the excuse out of their rear, "it's your fault because the other driver couldn't see your brake lights/turn signals.".

It stayed like that for months before it finally went for a repaint. |

But if I couldn't clean it, it wouldn't bother me at all. I mean, REALLY, it isn't actually my tractor.
I'd still wipe off the lights and plate, tho.

Now the driver isnt always the most well kempt guy and I understand its hard work but for goodness sakes tuck your shirt in make sure your socks are even. If my driver comes in and hes not looking his best to promote the company he works for I let him have it. Clean is what counts. Representaion is key to customer satisfaction!
