Why on earth would you drag your supervisor out to look at it? Neither he(she) or anyone else at UPS is responsible for dings in your car. Do you think the management at Target or Wal-Mart would take any action for you if your car got dinged in their parking lot? No wonder we have so many problems with our supervisors if this is the type of thing we are bugging them with.

Actually, you are wrong. I have a friend of mine who works at a Sam's Club and someone hit her car and took off. They asked the security folks to review the tapes from the security cameras and were able to see the car but couldn't make out the plate. They then called the State Police who couldn't do much without the plate number but they did send a copy of the picture of the car to the local auto repair shops; unfortunately, nothing ever came out of it but every effort was made to help her out.
