I just tried to log onto the upsers.com website and it says:

What is this about? Did this website change recently? I don't know how to log on anymore; can someone please help??

I think that is happening to you because u upgraded to internet explorer 8. All u need to do is hit the compatibility button is next to the refresh button. Try that and then refreshing the page until it displays correctly. hope that helps goodluck i had the same problem and doing that did the trick.
