(Sniff, sniff) I'm sorry. You're right. I forgot about the plenty of people that would take my job and all the starving kids in China too. (Sniff, sniff). I'll quit whining, I promise, MOM! |

Instead of doing as you agreed, you choose to make up new rules as you go along to avoid your part, even though I have pointed out to you in writing that you are not doing as promised.
What would you call it if I refused to pay you an amount of money that we both agreed that I owed you?

What would you call it if I refused to pay you an amount of money that we both agreed that I owed you? | Well said. I had a discussion with a Mngr. about integrity a few years back. All I asked was why is it ok for the company to lie to drivers on a daily basis but a dischargable offense when a driver lies to you. He said,"that's just business. We do it to better the company." He was fired for insubordination a couple years later. 6 months after that he went to jail for stealing a womans purse. I guess the company does have some integrity. |

[sarcasm]Yep. Working 10 hours every day = lazy.[/sarcasm]

Cheryl makes all MODs sign a form that we will not associate with the competition or post on their sites.
I refused to sign but she put it in my file.
Say it isn't so Ovah!

in a word, yes.
Fedex does not have the benefits costs UPS does, and cutting back hours at UPS would be very limited in it's ability to save the company money- 8 hour guarantee. |

However, I would see an on-car sup pulling packages out of a PC with that driver having a ride along for the day. You honestly believe load-massaging doesn't exist?
My source, which would be my eyes, have no bias towards drivers.

I was under 9.5 for 3 days for 2 different reasons. 1 because I had 2 8hr requests. 2 because they pulled work off to be under 9.5 for the third day. This was for the week of the OJS.
