I dont think sober loves the teamsters
He just hates managements way of doing things
but Ive been wrong before

As far as obama goes, he is one vocal president eh
Kayne West is a jackass...ha ha I love it
I'm up to two deleted threads and approximately 3 posts that were edited. Every single thread and post sober makes is a blatant attack on management here. So yes this site does favor the teamster poster.

Tie,
You are painting with too broad a brush, on this one.
Irony, sarcasm and general disgruntlement are allowed, if not taken to the personal level.
Has soberups attacked you personally?
(I can't read every post)
Tie, you are "in" management, not the sum total of UPS management that sober has issues against.
I am not defending sobers views, nor negating your view point, but, you went personal when you posted;
you're going to allow soberups to attack management.
You went from the general to the personal.
If you would have said;
you're going to allow a teamster to attack management.
Then your point of view might hold more weight.
As to the Mods having any control over which way Cheryl wants this site run, I can only say, read the TOS. All mods are unpaid volunteers that try to keep this site civil under the guidelines that Cheryl wishes.
I will repeat myself once again, all members in BC are moderators.
Many members report posts that they think are offensive and that is a great thing.
Action is taken where action is needed, by the mods.

I am not responsible for your post getting deleted. I have never complained about a post or asked that anything be censored. I for one would like to see what you put out there, I bet it was funny. Rather than get my panties in a wad I probably would have laughed and taken it in the spirit in which it was intended. Something you might want to try doing yourself.

I agree with much of what sober ups has to say about managment performance. I dont care enough(myself) to write about it as thoroughly and thoughtfully as he does, but shoot if we as a company didnt have the issues he writes about the BC might not exist.

Tie, i smell stress leave. You might want to use some of that unlimited sick-leave.
Dang i was gonna start a thread about how to keep a good SUP from goin out on stress leave, but hmmm i'll think on it.

To compare this to another thread, Tie got shouldered and "beetch slapped" and flew off the handle, unlike Red!

You the mods have to decide what kind of site you're going to have here. if you're going to allow soberups to attack management with every word of every post then you have to allow a management response that does nto violate the decency rules which this one did not.

at this point you're decisions have clearly gone in favor of teamsters attacking the management posters here with managements response getting deleted.

Tie's posts/threads were deleted because several homophobes objected to it's content.

Posters can attack the teamsters all they want to ... I have done it on many occasions and had Red go ballistic on me because I did.

This is a red herring.

Soberups made fun of the Teamsters too with an "Animal House" clip. I love that movie and added another clip that made fun of the union. I told the members of management they weren't supposed to watch it because it showed the secret IBT hand gesture........

I do not "attack management for everything".

95% of UPS management are decent, hard working men and women who do an excellent job.

Unfortunately, their jobs...as well as those of hourlies... are being made much harder by the other 5% who are responsible for the impossible expectations and asinine decision making that screws things up for every body.

Some times, the truth hurts.

Speaking only for myself I can say that I usually look forward to hearing both sides from spirited contributors like Sober and Tie just for the counterpoint factor. I find it valuable to see both views, especially since the few hours I have at home can be streamlined when contrary views get right down to it. I'm sure there will be times when someone crosses a line in the future and that's why the mods do the best they can in the time they have to do it. Now back to your corners. Let's have a clean fight! Dingggg...

Sober everything you post here is an attack on management or the things management does.

that was not my objection. my objection came when I responded to your posts in the same style and had my material deleted. Enjoy your site.

I'm disappointed Sober, you didn't attack management.

Its not my site.

I had nothing to do with your material getting deleted.

My material was rated PG and was intended to be humorous and satirical. Your material showed two men having sex and was intended to be offensive, shocking and hateful.
