I went above and beyond for decent management teams. It is a shame that we must have tension in the workplace dealing with the pressures of doing your rte then listening to the crap the next day about performance. Drive for 20 -30 years then maybe you would feel the way I did before I retired.. Guys like you jump into management because you couldn't do the job or you have an ego problem.
I just hope UPS survives so my pension checks don't bounce. I have seen Ups sink lower and lower in peoples opinions over the years, and I blame management for it..
