My supervisor said hello to me when i came in the building on friday and there was no steward present when he spoke to me!! this is out of hand!

Think about the people that have "No Job" or make waaay less than half of what we make!
crying about walking from your car, to clock in...
what about the people that dont have a car.....they ride their bike or walk...
i know it suxx walking,, but "BE THANKFULL"".. it could really be worse.....

On a serious note (if there is such a thing )
I was granted time to add up my hours and compare with OR/paycheck, and also 2 minutes to walk to time clock to punchout.
It seems a supervisor was shorting my pay (this is just one example of how).
I would work until for ex: 5pm. But we work in a large hub. I would punch on the clock at 5:02 or 5:03 because of time it took to drop off equipment and walk to clock which was located on the opposite side of the buiding and center office. The supervisor always took out those 2-3 minutes out of my punch. Obviously I was irate and felt cheated as I was not stealing time to begin with, it was time worked IMO. | |
