Default Re: Can a "no rehire status" be changed ?

Let me get this straight--you filed grievances against your mgt team for shaving hours yet you took it upon yourself to change your start time, which resulted in your termination for policy infringement, which I assume meant that you did not have their permission to do so? 96 lates in 1 year?

I think you would be better suited looking for a job at the following link:

By the time you call peak is going to be over? Which doesn't really matter becasue your not getting your job back.

To anwser your earlier post. They probably keep your records for atleast 7 yrs

I have a friend who had a "no" rehire status and tried to get hired back a couple of years ago after 10+ years. He's still waiting to be called back for the tour.

The goverment requires some records to be keep 7yrs and other 10yrs. In the old day employers only kept what was need because of the space the files took up.

But these days an employee file is mostly digital which mean it takes up very little space mean they most likely to keep everything and for a longer time.

I have only seen one person re-hired after quitting. He left on good terms. As a matter of personal opinion, I always thought his nose was the same color as the trucks. This may or may not have had something to do with his re-hire. I was also told by driver sup that all re-hires must be approved by Div Manager.

never be wiped out. If you're sincerely not sure why you're coded as a no rehire then you need to contact your previous supervisor and our hr person. Find out why and if they will change it.
