FT Driver pay scale

I dont know if it varies by location. but the progression is 2.5 years correct ?
what would a driver make approx of course at year 1 and onto 2.5 ?

You`ll get about half what the fulltimers get even though you are doing the same job.Think of it as a profession,like a mechanic or
a tool and die maker.After 2 1/2 yrs you will be at top rate.
This job aint for everybody.

Current top rate for feeder (trailer) is 27.12

But you're not expected as much in your 5th month as someone in their 5th year.
