New Driver Question

I have a question, I hope someone will be able to assist with.

I applied for a seasonal drivers job back in November, and was hired the second week of November. I completed the new hire/driver indoc class and have been driving ever since.

The other day the HR rep who interviewed me and hired me, was on car with me for my route. I have also had an out of center on car supervisor ride with me about a week ago.

My question, am I being evaluated for a full time position after peak, or what??
