Pay grade scale?

Hello, I am in the process of interviewing for a position with UPS and was curious about the pay scale. The job I am applying for has a pay grade of 7, any idea exactly what that means? Thanks for all the help

It means you will get paid based of the eduacation level of a worker who has completed 7th grade

Grade 7 . clerical , administrative . Non - union position. Pay scale will depend on your part of the country.

Curious I thought we had a freeze on those type of jobs. Is this f/t or p/t?
