I have a quick question, i dont know if it varies by hub but, how do u find your stewards and file a grievance etc etc

Ask your fellow employees or your supervisor who the shop steward is. IF you can't track him down go straight to the local.

Look at your union bulletin boards. Ours here have a list of the stewards for each area. Or as rodster said, ask your co workers.
