PAsadena area UPSrs

I tried to post this in another forum but it wouldn't let me for some reason. If there are any UPS'ers in the Pasadena area that are interested in music you should head down to the Rose Bowl next weekend and take in a great show. Drum Corp International (dci.org) is coming to town with the best Drum and Bugle Corps this country has to offer. Don't confuse these with marching bands (similar though). They are all non profit corps with members age range from 14-21. These "kids" spend their summers on busses and sleeping on gymnasium floors and practicing approx 12 hrs a day. The talent is unbelievable. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

Our local movie theatre is broadcating this event as a live pay per view. I will be there if I can get off in time! (groan)

They usually swing down to Orlando but I don't think they did this year. Did you see it on ESPN2 a couple years ago? It didn't do it justice, it has to be seen live. Did you march?
