Question Locals leaving Central Staes?

Down hear in Myrtle Beach SC, where a lot of people come for vaccation, some of the drivers have been approached by drivers from other areas of the US. These drivers have claimed that their local has left CS and have join other pension plans. VA,TN, OH, and Ill are where these drivers are from. Has anyone on this forum run accross any drivers that boasted about leaving or even perhaps have you heard this happening?
