SIAP. Haven't started driving yet but my position has changed so I start soon. Why does it seem like top rate is after 2 years. This is on upsers under contract impact statement.

There's a lot of talk about hiking the starting pay for part-time workers to $15 which I think is a good thing. But what about linking any future wage hikes to inflation?

I work at an airport hub out in Phoenix,AZ. I've been for over a year now (2peaks) and this week they claimed that everyone who was making under 14$/hr is now making 14$ an hour. I'm wondering if anyone else has similar situations, I keep trying to google any UPS pay increase but nothing ever...

With the "contract leaks" thread getting way too long I decided to make a quick post gauging what they think starting pay will be like for preloaders following the new contract. I'm hoping on $15/hr with 50c/yr progression. What about y'all?
