‘Show up pay’ on a slow day?

I’m a seasonal package car driver and reported to the hub on time to work today, did the morning PCM meeting, but, perhaps since it’s the day after Thanksgiving, it’s maybe slow, and my center didn’t have a route for a few of us. So, they sent us home.

Do we get a few hours of pay for showing up? Is there a provision in the national CBA contract for that?

I've been saying over a year that it's not cool to have all the people huddled in the corner, in the morning for hours, only to be sent home.
