Does anyone have any of the 22.4 positions? If so, how are they working?
No 22.4s here yet
Who in the Hell wants to live or work in Idaho?
We have about 30 in our building now and are still hiring/promoting them.
New hub in Atl is hiring only 22.4s and lots of em.
Local integrad class every week.
Bids are up. No part timers, or very few want to drive at all. Most are saying with no 9.5 protection, weekend work, and less pay that the bids will remain vacant.
High seniority part timers that make more than $21 an hour don't take a pay cut, right?
Anyone taking a 22.4 job will be red circled.
That's what I thought but we have a high seniority part timer that got his first check as a 22.4 and only got $21 an hour.
In our hub nobody signed the 22.4 position. They're just grabbing people that signed the RPCD list.
Well he needs to grieve it. You can't be forced to go through progression twice
Tell him to file a grievance.
Thank you kindly. A lot of confusion and anger going on with the 22.4's.
Just put up a list in my Building, most PT do not want any part of Delivery from what I am hearing
We have some part timers that are interested but they're not completely convinced. Most feel like they're making a grave mistake.
Personally I feel like full time positions at UPS has lost all appeal and it's turning into a part time career. Part time UPS and do something meaningful outside.
That's exactly what our 48-year part-timer told me. Does anyone know how much you'd make at that point?
Dudes a millionaire, he's been triple shifting just because can.
i have seen the term "red circled" always wondered what that means? honestly, thanks for any real answer.
You get to keep your current pay rate
It's the best contract ever......
