22.4 to Package Driver

Long story short my center put up a bid list for M-friend drivers not long ago. I bid on it(I’ve been a 22.4 for less then 9 months). I was told by a sup that HR would reach out to those who were awarded the job. I heard nothing but my pay rate has increased to $21 and UPSERs now has me listed as a package driver and no longer a combination driver. Seems like I got it... Did I get the bid?
